PropertyKey collects census information from the Federal Government to be included in IRIS. Several of the more relevant fields have been chosen by default, although this can be customized from location to location.

When the user selects the demographics tab, a custom demographics report is created for the focus property. The report contains the available census information that is within a certain distance of the focus property (i.e., the property located at the center of the map). The user may select the area to be included in the demographics survey with a single click of the mouse.
