IRIS Integrated Realty Information SystemTM Overview
IRIS: Integrated Realty Information SystemTM is an online property information service that combines many of the most important property information sources in one program.

IRIS: The only property information system you'll need
Many programs give you access to one or possibly two types of information; only IRIS integrates them all into a single, easy-to-use package. All information about a property is just a mouse click away with the innovative tab card design.

This tab card design organizes the data so that it does not become overwhelming, yet it keeps every piece of information easily at your fingertips. Any piece of information you see can be printed, saved to disk, or copied to be included in other documents. The current release of IRIS also includes support for Internet E-Mail, as well as probably the easiest mailing label generator, the IRIS Label Wizard.

What do you get with IRIS?
The standard IRIS package contains:
  • Property Tax Records
  • Pictures of the Properties
  • Parcel and Street Maps
  • Demographic Information
Any number of other data sources could be added to this core set of databases. Some of the common additional data sources are reverse phone directory, MLS listings, and Points of Interest. Take a look at the data coverage map in your area to see what data is available in your area.

What do I need to run IRIS?
IRIS is a Winsock-based Windows program. It will run on Windows 3.11, Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows NT. Due to a very limited number of requests, we have not yet developed a Macintosh version. For those of you with a Mac, IRIS will run under the popular Windows emulators available for the Mac. You also need to have your own Internet connection to use the service. Most Internet services will do, including AOL, Compuserve, MSN, as well as any local or nationwide Internet provider that we know of. If you can access the Internet through your local office network, you will probably be able to use that connection for IRIS. Sometimes the service will be blocked by a firewall, in which case you may need permission from your network administrator to use IRIS. See our Firewall Guide for more information.
