PropertyKey's IRIS TaxLinks^SM provides the most complete web property tax information service available today. You may think that all tax services are the same, but they're not. We provide access to more information in one easy-to-navigate page than any other provider, including:

Property Features & Tax Information The standard property & building attributes, land & building values, sales, etc.
Interactive Parcel Maps Parcel maps provide better accuracy and detail than street maps, giving you additional information about the subject property and all of the neighboring properties. The "interactive" part means that if you move your mouse over a property on the map, you'll get a pop-up message with information about that property and the ability to click on it to view the IRIS TaxLink information about that property.
Comparable Sold Properties Analysis A flexible report that shows you comparable recently sold properties and allows you to adjust the search criteria for your individual requirements.

What does an IRIS TaxLink look like?

On the customer's web site, the IRIS TaxLink simply appears as an IRIS icon and a link (a parcel ID #, address, or some descriptive text like "Tax Record"). For example, the box below contains a portion of a page from a sample MLS web site that shows some of the listing information for that property. The "Property ID" link in the lower right part of the box is the actual IRIS TaxLink. To view the IRIS TaxLink information for the property, simply click on the link.

In this sample, clicking on the link will open a new browser window with the IRIS TaxLink information. The link can also be configured to display within the same browser window, either inside a frame or as its own page. These in-line pages can be displayed with our look or with the same look and feel of the rest of the site. After clicking on the link, notice that the property tax record & parcel map is displayed by default with links at the top of the page for additional types of information. Also, there is a "Print Report" icon at the top that will remove all of the unnecessary links & navigational aids to provide for a more professional looking printout. (some browsers may require you to turn on the "print background image" option for the best results)
