The Demographics Tab is used to display demographics information for the area surrounding the current map center. On the left hand side is a list of the available information, while on the right hand side is a pie chart that displays a chart for the selected category. This text on the left hand side is in a tree format to indicate the individual sub categories for certain information. To change to a different graph, click on any of the category headings (which have sub-categories) in the list. The graph for the new category will be displayed.

The area included in the results is determined by the drop down box located at the top left of the demographics tab. You may select the area to be included as a 1/2, 1, 3, or 5 mile radius from map center. To do so, simply click on the Demographics Area drop down box and select the appropriate entry. The server will then collect and return the appropriate information.

Note: Normally this information will be returned almost immediately. If the property is in a less-densely populated area, the server may have to search
